Fin Nook is a lightweight web aquarium. Free features include fish care, feeding, collecting, and the classic aquarium appearance. Paid products are separately sold cosmetic aquarium themes.
Purchases, pricing, and access
Moonlit Aquascape and Morning Creek each cost US$1.00. Each purchase unlocks only the selected theme and grants permanent access to the Fin Nook account used at checkout. These are not subscriptions and do not renew automatically. Applicable taxes and the final total are shown by the checkout before payment.
Payments and refunds
Secure checkout is provided by enabled third-party payment providers, including Creem and Waffo Pancake. Access is granted only after the payment provider verifies a successful order. Eligibility, requests, and access after a refund are described in our Refund Policy. Mandatory local consumer law takes precedence.
User responsibilities and prohibited conduct
You must safeguard your account. You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, bypass access or payment controls, commit fraud or abusive chargebacks, infringe another person's rights, or use the service unlawfully. You are responsible for activity performed through your account except where law provides otherwise or the activity results from our fault.
Suspension and termination
We may reasonably restrict, suspend, or terminate an account or related access when a user violates these terms, harms the service or others, is suspected of fraud, or when action is legally required. Where practical, we will provide the reason. You may stop using the service or request account closure. Termination does not affect rights and obligations accrued beforehand.
Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise uninterrupted, error-free operation or suitability for every particular purpose. Maintenance, networks, browsers, devices, or third-party payment services may cause temporary unavailability. Nothing here excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or loss of profits or data. For a claim relating to a paid service, our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount actually paid for the product giving rise to the claim. This limit does not apply to fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury, or liability that cannot legally be limited.
Changes
We may update these terms for product, legal, or operational changes and will display the revision date here. We will provide additional notice for material changes where reasonably appropriate. Continued use after an update means acceptance of the applicable revised terms unless law provides otherwise.
