退款条件

可在购买后 14 天内申请退款。如果主题尚未实际启用，我们通常会批准。重复扣款、未到账或技术故障不受上述使用条件限制；消费者所在地法律优先。

申请方式

请将账号邮箱、订单号、主题及原因发送至 [email protected]。获批退款将原路退回。

退款后的权益

订单全额退款、撤销或被认定为欺诈后，对应主题权益可能被停用。

Products covered

Moonlit Aquascape and Morning Creek are separate one-time digital themes priced at US$1.00 each. There is no subscription or automatic renewal.

Eligibility

You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. We normally approve requests when the theme has not been applied. Duplicate charges, missing access, and technical failures are not subject to that usage condition. Applicable consumer law takes precedence.

How to request a refund

Email your account email, order number, theme, and reason to [email protected]. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

Access after refund

Theme access may be disabled after a full refund, reversal, or confirmed fraudulent transaction.
